Insertion in a soft state
The flexible pipe is pulled into the existing chimney, passing through bends and direction changes without wall demolition.
Steam inflation
Using pressurized steam, the pipe expands and fully takes the internal shape of the existing channel.
Thermal hardening
Heat triggers resin polymerization, making the material irreversibly hard like steel.

Depending on the fuel and appliance type, we offer specialized materials:
Black FuranFLEX — for gas and oils, resistant up to 500°C, ideal for condensing appliances
Red FuranFLEX RWV — for wood and solid fuels, resistant up to 1000°C
Seamless execution — eliminates condensate and hazardous flue gas leakage
Multi-pipe systems — multiple separate pipes can be installed inside the same channel
In addition to chimney renovation, FuranFLEX technology is also used for drainage and rainwater pipe renovation with blue-marked liners (RainFlex), and for ventilation systems (VentilFlex) — from laboratories to professional kitchens.

An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is a standardized, independently verified document that reports the environmental impacts of a product throughout its life cycle.
In today’s construction industry, having an EPD offers a significant competitive advantage. Many large projects, public procurement processes and green building certifications such as LEED or BREEAM increasingly require products with EPDs, making product specification easier for architects and selection easier for investors.
